First Homemade Bong
Well there wasn't much to this other than a drill and hot glue. I just hot glued my pipe into it and if it ever gets clogged I can still just unscrew the bowl and clean it.
I do have a question though and it's where should I put the carb or should I even have one at all??? If so, how big, just a drill hole?
Heres the pics (no the hot glue doesnt look as messy in real life)

thats an enourmous bong but good job and ya id recommend a carb, make it a couple inches above where youd regularly make the water line.

I know it looks huge in the picture but it's actually only 1 foot 4 inches. How big does the carb need to be? Just a little drill hole?

make it as big as possible, while still being easily covered by your thumb. that way you clear it faster and easier.

I find that a small hole, maybe .5 cm to 1 cm in diameter works well.

A .25" shotgun should be plenty adequate... BTW, how big is that top flaring? Looks like it could be hard to seal good for a hit?
But if I'm wrong and it hits great, then that is a sweet looking pipe; might considering sanding the hot glue lightly and painting it to match (or compliment) the color of the bong.

I kinda dont like the top.
And any kind of glue around the bowl is going to melt when it gets hot and you might get a headache from the fumes.

The top flare is about 3 inches wide. My mouth fits perfectly in it. Yeah I was wondering about that glue melting but I guess I won't smoke as fast. If it melted it'd harden right away.

i woulda made it have a slide...not a carb but a carb will work just fine

you might try cutti ng the top of where it flares out and id make the carb at a decent little hole to start with then just make it a lil bigger until its perfect
