I recently heard, or think I heard (if I am remembering correctly) that it is no longer a felony to be found in possesion of under one ounce of marijuana. And it is punishable by a $750 fine, or community service, and something else. I'm not sure. Does anyone have the right information?:stoned:

The change in the law will be no great deal, really. But still, write or call Jim (the gov) or your local state senator or any senator on the judicial committee. It ain't the law yet.

*Possible deferred sentencing for first offenders.
