Necessary Preparations

Here's a little background information.

I am 5'10 around 155 pounds. I used to smoke regularly (once per day). After my last PO meeting I smoked once per day for about 2 months.

Earlier on this year I passed a UA after being 18 days clean with little or no preparation (drank 2 glasses of water in the morning but still used the first void of the day).

So far I had been clean for 20 days and then last night I smoked with some people. I probably had .1-.2 grams myself if I were to estimate. I now have 12 days until my next meeting.

I can guess how long I would've needed to have been clean before but after just smoking once and having a full 12 days what do I really have to be worried about? Any feedback appreciated and if you need any more information I will provide it quickly

I was in your situation once. Just dont do any more. After 7 days do a Walgreens at home test and see where you're at. I bet you will be clean. Then get another test for the morning of your real test and make sure you're clean before you go in.

Thanks that really makes me feel better. In order to possibly shave off some time from my test should i start excersizing etc? Any tips? I play DDR for about an hour every week day and 3 hours on the weekend.. My weight goes up and down like crazy by 5 or so pounds in a day and even more when i excersize.

I know I shouldnt excersize at all and be pretty lazy 2 or so days before my test but yeah. Just any other information or tips to make myself get clean faster would be appreciated.

My friend said drinking pomegranite juice may help but I don't really trust anyone that I've talked to in person mostly just people on this board

Does anyone else have some feedback on my situation..? what do you think the likelyhood of me getting clean after being clean 19-20 days smoking a few hits and then being clean for an additional 10-11 days?

Start eating High fiber foods (take metamucil), exercise, and take some multi-vitamins. If your still nervous the day of the test do a dilution (see dilution sticky). I would agree you should get some test strips to see if your clean or not before the day of the test. If not use the dilution method.

Ok i did a test run with a vitamin supplement that I bought (2900% of b-2) and my pee is almost neon/green colored. Will that raise suspicion with my probation officer or should i be good to go? And will diluting even further help the color not be so obvious or do the pills always make your urine that color? Any advice, should i only take half of the pill?

Also any feedback on my chances of passing after reading my story would be appreciated. I could use some encouragement
