getting legal prescription
Hey, I was wondering if my case would be able to be prescribed a medical card in MT:
Basically, I hurt my back in weightlifting (it would hurt bad enough to prevent me from running or certain lifting for days at a time) I did some research on cannabis and decided to grow my own (I was 16-17) Anyways, I harvested and used it for a while (I harvested a half of a pound)
So now I'm in construction and my knees hurt daily (I mean like I'm sitting or standing, not doing much and then they start to just ache like crazy, that and while I'm going up and down benches all day) So I've got both things going, back and knees.
I've been using it the past 4-5 years off and on depending on how I feel (like not having any for a couple months.)
I've never been to a M.D. about my back or knees, if I went to a friendly doc and told him my story, would I be eligible for a medical card?
Thanks!

According to the Montana law a "debilitating medical condition" is needed to qualify and this includes "severe or chronic pain". So, looks like you would have a shot at it, depending on how the doctor determines your particular situation.
