It's really not necessary to post your question in more than one forum.
well ignoring the fact that this question may have been answered already resulting from what
psteve said,
try to get any spray paint that has titanium dioxide as pigment because it supposedly has
the highest reflectivity of white light for a compound used in inks and paints
from my knowledge on mineral makeup it's great for sunscreen so it makes sense
and you also get a glow when you use it

PS> if the paint you bought doesn't work, try for some paper, like extra bright white it has
that violet "sheen" to it from an angle..
that's bright
