Pee test, looking for opinions?

What's going on guys.. Quick question, the last time I smoked was on January 17th and I have a pee test coming up Friday the 15th thats about 28 or 29 days of not smoking.. You guys think I'll be fine? I had smoked one week before then too and about a month before that so I am not a frequent user. I'm about 5'11 weigh 135 pounds and have a real fast metabolism..and exercise weekly.
Also what are your guys' opinion on the use of niacin to clean your system?

Niacin doesn't work. Stop exercising a couple days before the test. You should be fine but I would follow the dillution sticky just in case.

For the dilution method make sure you drink gatorade instead of water and piss midstream. With your infrequent smoking habits and lack of fat 5'11'' 135 pounds I see you passing.
