Ok I just happen to notice that the timer isnt going exactly 12/12... the damn thing turns on at 6:54 am and turns off at 6:57pm. There's a 3 min difference there...has anyone had probs with that?

I'm assuming it's not digital? If that's the case, spend the $20 and get you a digital timer from HD or Lowe's. The ones I use are very accurate, and even have an internal battery to keep the settings from being lost in the event of a power outage.
Hey man, you're right it's not digital. It's one of those inline sunsystem timers. .: Sunlight Supply - horticulture and aquarium lighting systems :. Website but it's never been an issue. I'm going manual and try to have the timer take over again next morning and see if it's closer this time. if it doesn't work that will really blow...Quote:
