This is my first time posting on these boards, but ive been reading them for some time for good information. Anyways i wanted to get some feedback on how my first plant is doing. Guess it would be nice to get some good tips. Anyways, this is a female in her 1st week of flowering, and at about 4-5mths old. Ive got the lamp set up with 2 outdoor spiral bulbs, and the highest output of lumen and color spectrum i could. Im using all organic fertilizer and soil, im getting African violet drops and super thrive to help it out some. I had a friend tell me about that. But anyways this is the Plant

So any helpful tips?
