well i may be moving to the Netherlands in a few month for work and i am wondering about there laws on growing on your own property, i looked over the INTERNET but all i could find where legal documents(n i didn't understand what they where sayin)...and info would be great
You cannot grow under lights ( Legally ) also you are allowed to possess up to FOUR plants as a Dutch citizen legally. But if a cop comes in your home and you have 5 plants growing under lights, they will laugh and leave.
Why can't you grow under lights? What is the sense in that?
No idea man, I heard if your growing 150+ plants and your using lights, you put an Extasy in the bill envelope and they wont report you. Funny little country man.
It is indeed a funny country in some ways. (Take the Carnavel for example:D)
