Photoperiod problem, is it DOOM?

To cut a long story short, my 24 hour timer for controling the lights in my flower room had a few probs. I have 2 plants in there... one is 9 weeks in and the other is about 3 weeks in. Basically, due to the timer working it's way out of the socket, their 12/12 has been interupted. It goes like this:

12 on 12 off until...
18 hrs on
9 hrs off
9 hrs on
12 off 12 on etc

I'm not to concerned about the one thats nearly ready. The one thats 3 weeks in I'm more bothered about. What's the odds on her goin hermie or reverting to veg stage.

As of tonight the photoperiod will be 12 12 again and the timer is tied in position.
