Dilution method.... Empty or full stomach when testing?

I'm just wondering what the optimal conditions for getting away with dilution are.... like on the actual test day. Should I eat a bunch of fatty foods the morning of the test and go in with full stomach, or not eat anything (but the rolaids, vitamins, etc.... and drinking gatorade) the day of the test?

Don't think eating the day of the test will have much of an impact. It takes longer than that far food to get processed through the body.
