I just ate a gram of kief in some butter thrown into a protein shake....
I put it in the oven for 5 minutes in a coffee mug wrapped in tin foil, it released some vapor when I took the foil off, but it should be good still. Then I heated the butter in a cup in boiling water and cooked both kief and butter together for 10.
I guess only time will tell once I get to work today
