Need help w/ first small grow

Hi,
I'm getting ready to start a smaller scale grow but have some questions. I already have my ballast (Switchable 650W), 1 650W MH, 1 650 HPS, T5 flouro ballast w/ 4 lights 48", T5 flouro ballast w 6 or 8 lights 24". I will be growing 6 flowering plants at one time w/ a separate veg/clone area (I am thinking about a rubbermaid tub setup for the veg/clone area using CFL/Flouro's). I'll be installing a carbon scrubber and have a few 15" Air Kings I can attach to the walls for airflow. I've grown before in a 10' x 10' set up but was not sure how big my grow room should be. I have some flexibility with the size. Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.
