Can anyone tell me what and how I can use the vap-overs in cooking. I was wondering if I could substitute it for the weed in canabutter or is there a good recipe for vap-overs :D

What ever you call it, just grind it as fine as possible, measure some oil (the amount you need in your recipe plus a spoonful), stick the duff into the very warm, but not hot oil (you don't want to fry it) and let it sit until cold. Add to brownie mix.
I don't mind the extra fiber and texture of the pot in brownies, but some folks might want to strain out the duff and just use the oil. But I'm greedy- I want every molecule of THC that's left! I make brownies about every 2-3 weeks with a big bunch of duff. I add hemp seed and walnuts to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition. Duff brownies don't knock your socks off like they would if you used fresh pot, but they will get you off! - Granny:hippy:
I didnt know it was called duff Im new to joint alternatives ...That sounds great ... Im gona try that recipe.... about how much duff would you use for 1 brownie mix ..... I think Ill try it with the duff left in :stoned::D:D
