well its strictly a outdoor plant.. Its about MAYBE 1 foot. and its forming white hairs/ all up and down the stem where they intersect..should i keep it bent and will that produce branches? or should i just take it off and let it grow straight up? im not to sure if its in vegatative state or not? even tho its forming hairs..

Then you're doing fine.
I'd wait a bit before bending more. Let the plant develop a solid stem base first.
Your plant also looks like it's flowering. Make sure it's not getting too much dark time.

If it's flowering, let it be. Do not add stress unless you are prepared for decreased yields. You get a bushy plant by cutting off or tying down the main tops, either way.
