I have a drug test in april and I want to do it the natural way, I smoke a joint a day and have extremly slow matebolism. What do I need to do to pass that drug test? It will be a Urine test and If I fail then my parent will kill me so I need to pass it.
Dont smoke and work out and i think you'll be fine. Also a high fiber diet and Multi-vitamins will help. 3 months is a long time and if you dont smoke you should be clean.
Lots of exercise,high fiber diet or metamucil. Follow the dillution sticky the morning of the test.
