Questions?? for peace of mind. 12 days till test.

Hello everyone,

I am 20 years old, 6ft tall, and 170lbs. I'm not fat and can eat pretty much whatever I want without gaining to much weight.

I have a drug test on January 29th, I took 3 hits of regs on January 8th. On the 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th I took like 3 hits of resin. How does resin affect drug test? I would think because it has such a low amount of THC not that much but some clarification would be nice.

I have 12 more days before my test and will have not smoked for 15 days when i take the test. I have test strips, and am running 20 mins and biking 20 mins a day, including lifting weights. What does weight lifting do for me? I would think it helps because it changes fat cells into muscle sells.

Before I found out that it take me about 6/7 days to get clean from one hit, i am nervous because i took more than one hit.

Also I plan on diluting if not clean and slightly diluting if i pass the home test strips.

I am also trying to eat fiber foods and will stop working out 3 days before the test.

Any suggestions in anyway will help.

Sounds like you've got the right ideas. I am not a body builder but I would agree that it most likely couldn't hurt. What was your frequency of smoking prior to January?

Never hurts to have a lot of test strips. Save a few and practice your dilution method. Be sure you have enough to last you right up to the day of the test. I would suggest practicing the dilution method in the time frame of when your actual test will be. ie...if your test is in the afternoon, practice diluting as if it were the day of your test. And don't count on magic potions working for you...they are very unreliable. Some people have fantastic results, most find out the hard way that they are a waste of money.

I practiced dilution 4 times and thought I had it down pat. However, when I went to my test this am, for the life of me I did not need to pee at all. Maybe it was nerves, maybe because I practiced my dilution at a different point in the day than the time I would actually be taking my test. Practice, practice, practice.

I only took two hits the whole month of December and before then I was clean for 2 months.

1 hit and getting clean in 6 to 7 days is not good. It could mean your metabolism is slow or that it just takes you longer to get clean. I would definitely use the test strips a couple days before the UA. The exercise and weightlifting is fine but stop 2 or 3 days before the UA. Take some metamucil or use a high fiber diet. I would also be prepared to sub if the strip tests aren't coming back negative

Subbing is not a option they watch me. I was clean in probably 4-5 days but the line is faint so i dont really count that.

KIllerweed you scared me. So i just took one of my 10 test strips and i came out with a faint line and i still have 12 days. Mabye because of how much i've been working out? i dont know though i am happy right now i'll test myself again in a couple of days. I am alittle drunk when i took the test could that have anything to do with it?

Faint lines are normal. If they can be seen its good enough to pass. Be sure to quit exercising a couple days before the test. If you already have a line you should be good. In about a week check your piss with your first of the morning void. If you show clean there you will be fine.

I agree with killer weed the thc lines are always faint. I tested one with just plain water and it came out fainter than the c line. I have been clean for 46 days and tested myself this morning and the line is faint. Remember that even a very faint line is a negative result as the instructions so state.
