Can the police do this?
Somebody I know was caught with them, not charged yet because obviously its just for suspicion of possession but they were confiscated. They told me that a cop told them that they have never tested anything like that before and that its very hard... there aren't any obvious signs of marijuana in them and my friend doesn't even know if there is anything in them...
Isn't there too many compounds in the brownies to simply test for the THC?

Usually when i test for Thc in brownies i like to start off with 2-3 good sized ones then wait a while, no just kidding! It would be hard for the police to do this and would deff be a waste of their money and time so i wouldnt count on it happening. Also how does he not know if any thing is in them?
hahaha for surrrre im sure thats how most people do it :thumbsup:. cuz somebody "gave" them to them. they were wrapped in tin foil and you can tell they are cuz they smell but theres no proof like stems or buds or anything sooo
lol man i woulda been like hey thats my lunch u cant take that lol shit its not good to push ur luck with cops but like what did he say? did he tell u why he took ur brownies? ive NEVER heard of ANYONE getting busted for food with weed/hash in it till i read ur post just now sometimes a dirty cop will just jack u n let u go n keep it for himself or just destroy it to avoid the paper work the cops in my town never play by the rules ive been searched for no reason more then once they probably can test those brownies but my bet is if that was there intention your friend would have been charged allready n served all the papers n crap or fined or w/e the penalty is where u are so i wouldnt worry bout it
