Ok transplanted clones. Will they survive?

I had some small 3 inch clones bubbling away until I saw roots starting, I let them get about 1-2 inches long and then cut 3 rapid rooted plugs down the side and as gently as I could placed the newly rooted bottoms into the plugs and back into the tray!

I have them in a humidity see through bag and ?I misted them with regular water...

My question is, will these clones survive, if I make sure to water them alot and dont lets them dry out???

Anything I should be awar of because I have had poor luck with cloning?

you shouldn't have opened the rapidrooters ... just bury the whole works ... good luck :smokin:

Reaper - I think CP put a clone from an aerocloner into an RR - that's what I'm understanding from this. Not the greatest technique in the world, but harmless.

cheesypeace - You have added an extra and unnecessary step by putting your rooted clone in a rapid rooter. Once the cutting has 2" roots, it's ready to be planted in your grow medium. Fortunately, putting it in an RR plug won't hurt a damn thing - but it's a step you can skip next time around.

What you seem to need to be aware of is that mj is neither kelp nor a terrarium plant. Get the idea out of your mind that it has to be kept real wet. Right now your clone is ready to grow. Plant the RR and get rid of the dome. Water your medium then let it get a little bit dry before watering again. Make your roots chase the water so that they grow. If the plant starts to droop, put the dome back over it and wean it off the dome. (cover for a few hours, remove for a few hours.) Use B-1 + a drop of Superthrive for the transplant and for the first week to ten days after potting. When the plant looks like it is established, start it on 1/4 nutes.

I'm with Pharma. You already rooted the plant in a bubble cloner. You shouldn't have gone back into a high humidity environment after that. You have a cuttting that was already rooted and accustom to the environment. Next time just go right into your growing system.
