A question about probation.

First time posting, whatever.

I was arrested back in august for possession of less than 1oz and put on probation in november, the court ordered plea bargain says that when i finish the required things[class, fine, comm service] probation turns to non-reporting status

my question is on non-reporting will I be drug tested? I have looked around in other places to no luck.
i will be done by what seems february, at this point, so the quicker i found out this the better off i would be. please get back to me asap.

Where is your probation out of?

Here in Washington, if you don't have to report in, you don't get tested.
I'm not saying it couldn't happen, it just doesn't.

Unless you get arrested again.

I'm in Georgia. South Georgia (bulloch county is where i'm on probation.)

I'm in Ga,and I can tell you this........ Go smoke 1! Your gonna be fine. If your on non-report,then it's like not being fucked with at all.It's the reporting every month that will get you busted on a piss test! Just change your playmates and playgrounds! In otherwords; don't hang out with riff raff and do what is right! Don't be screwing up! It's your life! Your the only 1 with control of that ! :stoned:

That was'nt a vauge comment.All marijuana laws are the same in the state of GA. Possesion of less than ounce carries a sentence of up to 1 year in jail as well as probation and a 1000 buck fine or both for repeat offenders. When I say you should change your playmates and playgrounds. By that I meant you should choose the people and places that you frequent a bit more carefully! If you are on non-report status,then you don't have to go in and report every month.You have no officer coming to your house. That would mean " Your not fucked with!" Correct? You have a bit of your freedom back. Don't throw that away!

i understand very well. and have been in the process of eliminating the "riffraff" from the equation.

soon enough the non-report will come in. god damn!
and to think I've been on probation since august and haven't gotten tested a single time. hell yeah.

Just to be safe, On your last month of non-reporting, stay clean. I've seen several "non-reporting" friends get a drug test request just before they get off probation. Most of them got screwed.
On the otherhand, if your PO is cool like mine was, They my not care about herb at all. My PO and I sat down after my repeated failures, He just cut straight with me, He offered to give me 30days in exchange for my 1-1/2 yrs of probation left(knowing I wasn't gonna quit). And the charge was still dismissed(which wasn't herb related).
I say play it safe, at least at the end.
They catch you when your guards down.
