When to take capsules?

I have a Urine test on friday,I recently got Detoxify Brand Fast and Clean Herbal Super Fast Acting capsules. On the box it says something like For best results take these capsules with water for two days prior to beginning your fast and clean cleansing program, but one of my friends said i should take it in the morning the day of the test, another said 1 day before,the box says 2,the site below says that they works in 1 hr and lasts 5 hrs....im confused...what should i trust. When should i take these to pass this test?

From what I see of the ingredients I don't think its going to help alot in the near term. I would try it 4 or 5 hours before the test. DRink about 40 ounces of gatorade with it. Read the dillution sticky and follow it. Depending on your smoking history synthetic urine may work better for you.

well i just realized something..4-5 hrs before the test im gonna be somewhere where i cant take them..unless i can get out of going. If i take it like 7-8 hrs before and try not to piss do you think it will still be good?I think im just gonna try and get out of where i gotta go.

I don't really think the pills are of any use. So its up to you when you want to tyr and take them. The dillution sticky will probably do more. If subbing is an option I would go that way.
