just need some reasurrance

So I'm about 5"7. I weigh about 147 and I used to be heavily active in working out back last summer and I am starting back up again. My drug test is comming up on the 28th of January. I'm pretty sure I can pass it as long as I work out the whole time for the exception of the last week and as long as I drink Cranberry juice and water only I should be fine using my own urine but I still feel really nervous about using my own piss. Do you guys think I'll be fine?

when was the last time you smoked? generally speaking a month should be more then adequate

Well I smoked last night and for the past few months I've been heavily smoking....like usually a few bowls a night but more recently within the past week I've been smoking pretty much from the time I wake to the time I go to sleep.
