My friend is going to be growing NL x C99. and i was wondering what the best nutrients are for this strain. what nutrients should are best in the begining and in the end? and information would be helpful. Also how often should i give them nutrients and what not. Nutrients is the only part he doesnt understand.

Anyways, go look in the FAQ for info on nutrients ie - veg nutes and bloom nutes, when to feed etc etc. Those FAQ's r pretty good stuff.... check em out, or tell ur friend to check em out, whatever the situation may be.
Also if u r looking for brands or whatnot I use FoxFarm nutes, they got good dirt too called ocean forest if ur growing in dirt.. or ur friend.
