Amsterdam Big Bud

Ok i have heard that big bud does not produce the most potent fruits, however mine still have 4 weeks and are already stacking on the trichs and size for that matter. The website i bought from also said that the amsterdam big bud also won cannabis cup back in like 89 or something.

My question is to anyone who has grown or smoked big bud, prefferably Amsterdam big bud. Everyone sayd that this strain is not potent.... how could this be so if it is already packin on trichs and if it won a cannabis cup. So can anyone who has smoked or grown big bud tell me that the rumors are wrong.... or right??

Theirs is diffenrt kinds of big bud as you know. Iv never grown amsterdam big bud but I have grown big bud before. I loved the high and growing it. Two great plants, and it had a pretty big yeild for two plants. No the strain is not the potentest strain or even really colse...lol but it is a good plant and gets you really high, all around pretty good bud. I don't think when you read reviews that people mean it is weak on potecy but it more known for its yeild. hints the name

Was it in your shower just for the photo lol?

It "should" be about an average high, nothing to write home about. Main thing with that plant is the yield, and even that isn't the greatest, better strains out there. I did 2 grows with it and I wont grow it again, 10-12" hight difference between same group of seeds(Nirvana). Unstable strain in my opinion. I'm trying Pure Power Plant this time around. :thumbsup:

Yea i was thinking of trying PPP next time around.. How many plant r u runnig and in what size space??

I'll be growing about 10. 8'x5' area under 2000w in soil. :D

idk personaly I like big bud...atleast Seni seeds big bud...haha sensi seeds are all good but just tryin to say that not all big bud is the same and some are better then other so its kinda hard to say one thing about the strain cus their r lots of breeders with their "own" big bud. I have seen big bud plants get over 6' tall and over 4 oz off one indoor plant in soil grow but then again it was sensi and I grew it under good conditions! But it can be differnt for every plant/seed i guess.

I should have specified mine was from Nirvana, you get what you pay for. ;)
