flowering/harvesting // odor levels???

i was wondering, when my plant was in the veg state, you could smell a 'green' smell and maybe a hint of the 'goodness' smell. so my question is now that i'm in the 12/12 now and i just noticed my first little white hairs (YES!!) now my question is when the flowers are budding up, does the smell get way more stronger? i know when harvesting time comes, and you are cutting and clipping, i would assume that is the most potent of odor times.

can anyone give me some idea of the ratio levels of odor comparing veg state/ preflower/flower/ and harvest times? i know i know, weird question, but i really like to be as prepared physically and mentally before these times come up. thanks

The smell will keep peaking until the plant is done maturing. Yes, when you harvest the smell will be twice as strong.

10 times as strong. when you tussel, shake, disturb, harvest, trim, move, aggitate..

or whatever the heck ya want to call it.. your babies will begin to smell ... and don't kid yourself.... it is some powerful shit.... harvesting as little as a pound can smell up the whole block... most people will think it is a dead skunk....

just pulling dead leaves out of a big garden can shake the plants enough to produce intense smells...

don't trust your own nose.. : )

as ''little'' as a pound~450grams/18oz? hahahaha....how much do you usually harvest Garden Knowm? because a pound of mj is a lot for me.....the most quantity of mj i've even seen should be around 100 grams/4 oz approx.....the whole block? i am a little worried now but i guess i will ovecome it.......kuri good luck and post some pics man if you can....i am around 3 weeks behind you!

around when do they start being so smelly? 3rd week?4th?5th? right now i can smell them only when i open the door of my growing room or when i am close to them....

i agree, i can only smell them when i open up the door. but if i leave the door open then the smell does come out pretty quick.

garden knowm, i'm only growing one female about 3ft tall and another that is undecided but a small one. all of this in a closet in an NFT system with two ionizers and a negative ion fan. i'm trying to make the harvest not too big, also for smell reason... so do you still think it would 'smell up the whole block' with the conditions you know i am in?
