Marijuana strain with a high yield and moderate smoke

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I am just as confused as ever and need your opinions to finalize my choice. I am looking for a high yielding strain (it needs to last me thru till another growing season) that has good outdoor quality with a moderate high (THC 8-16%). But most importantly, I need a strain that is easy to grow, as in mold resistant and one that will carry on in a hot summer climate (high 60 and low 80.)

I was thinking along the lines of; big bud, Durban poison, holland's hope, trainwreck, early misty and first girl.

Your wise opinions please, as it help me finalize my choice.

Add Donkey Dick to that list. It's a yielder fo sho, but nothing spectacular in the potency or flavor department.

potency was not on the list but flavor wasn't excluded, I'll look into it.

Um, West Coast Seed Co. is the breeder on that one as far as I can remember.

Is the yield .5 - 1.5 lb. Per plant or square meter?
