My plants are turning yellow

Hi,

I am in eastern europe and options are very limited for me here. Most of my plants are doing fine, however three of them are turning yellow at the leaves and the edges are turning brown.

Soil- regular soil for outdoor or indoor flowering plants
indoor grow in a closet
5 cool white light bulbs 23 watts each
temp 17 - 22 C
age: 7 weeks
nothing is added to my plants as far as fertilizers or additives are concerned.
using bottled water
24 hour light cycle
ventilation- i open the closet door once a day for 10 min and open windows in my house for some air flow
i am adding three pics of sick plants and one pic of my normal healthy plant ...look at the difference
please help
