Hey guys,
I have a pre-employment UA test in two weeks and am looking for a little bit of advice.
About myself:
I am 6'0" 165 lbs with about 8% body fat, athletic and a pretty high metabolism. I have been a heavy smoker (2-3 blunts a day) for years now, mostly mids.
I quit one week ago, giving me exactly 3 weeks to detox.
This is what I've been doing:
exercising daily (lifting, running)
sitting in a dry sauna post-workout twice a day for about 20 minutes each time
drinking a good amount of a water/cranberry juice mix
300-500 mg niacin
200 mg super b complex
200 mg cranberry pills
2-3 cups of hot green tea
high protein diet, not even any goodies or snacks
I've also purchased the 16 oz extra strength strip nc complete body cleanser to drink the day of the test.
What are my chances of passing and can anyone recommend any other things I'm missing or should be doing?

Oh yeah. One more thing.
I heard I should go into a lazy, hibernation mode a few days before the test with no working out and eating fatty foods as to not release any thc into my urine. Is this correct?

Other then the exercising and drinking water normally...IMHO...all the extra is for peace of mind. YOu have time to buy test strips online CHEAP on EBAY! Test yourself every few days. You sound like you have done your studying with the last couple of days. Eat high fiber/high fat and to be as LAZY as you can.
IF you are still dirty on test day I would suggest doing the dilute. Most of the detox drinks are primary expensive and have you to drink lots of water to go with their "drinks" or "pills" (which you can get your own stuff CHEAPER at a health store). I am not too familiar with the drinks but I have heard some places are able to test for alterations in the drinks. That's why most say the dilution is best...and more natural....and cheap.

Definitely pickup some test strips. Your money would have been better spent on synthetic urine rather than a detox kit.

i'm scared of using syn for some reason.
I think I should be good after 3 weeks of heavy detox, but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing any steps.. I'm going to take that drink and follow the dillution method as well the day of my test and hopefully that should be enough for me. I just got back from another 25 minutes in the "sweatbox" sauna.. That thing is pretty helpful I think. I sweat much more than I do when running or lifting.

A sauna won't work. You actually have to work out and burn fat. And make sure you stop exercising a couple days before the UA. I would test yourself a couple days before the UA to make sure you're clean. If not another plan of attack.

I only have 12 more days left to detox. I've only been using a sauna because I hurt my ankle and can't really run on it right now.
I hope to hell that my metabolism works quick enough to rid everything in 21 days. I'm nervous as hell though right now, because if I fail this test I would have wasted over 3 weeks where I could have been looking for another job and will be back to square one with nothing..
I pray the dillution method the day of works for me!!

I will tell you once you sub you won't waste any time of energy with trying to get clean. :stoned: Pre-employment piece of cake, they most likely don't watch and you just sub, VERY VERY EASY. Temp and hiding are a breeze with all the information on this site. I have been nailed twice this last year and I never sweat it with QF, when I had a test I would come home and order another QF so this way I am ready all the time. I promise you, just sub, plus it is none of their business what is in your PISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:hippy:

Hey guys,
So I'm only a few days away from my UA.. I've been working out pretty steadily for the past 2 weeks, and eating healthy and often to boost my metabolism. The day of the test will be 21 days w/o smoking. I'm going to hold off on working out until the test, stopping the niacin and trying to be as lazy as possible.
My question is what should I be eating for the next few days?? Foods high in fat ie. Burger King or high in fiber?? I plan on taking some fiber pills, but should I drink some Metumicul (sp?) or something like that to help go to the bathroom more often. I'm also going to start the steak diet today to boost up my creatine levels.
Any advice is helpful.
