Best *Proven* SOG hydro method?? help!

I have seen many MANY different hydro setups that are throwing me in different directions. If theres another thread that covers this, please help. I am going to have 2'wX5'LX5'h of flowering area, and this is for YIELD YIELD YIELD with SOG 8 weeks flowering. Who has had the best results with little problems/maintenance? I am a McGyver, but cost is not an issue if needed...

There is no one proven best method. It just depends on what you think would do best for your situation. I like recirculating systems, and I like spray systems. A simple DWC is best for beginners IMO. It is very easy and produces great results. Search Emily's garden.
