growing problems please help
I've been growing for about 1 month and 7 days and all the plants are doing great except for one. This plant has started to form some sort of balls on the tip purple in color and the plant is very tiny with abnormal growth. All my plants have been in vegetative state so I don't believe that this particular one has started to flower. Please help........

Well well for the wait the plant look (leaf look like falling) it may be overwatering... For the purple on the top I have no idea.

You need much better drainage in your pots. But that's a flowering plant. Looks male, but I've never seen purple balls before. Well, not on a pot plant. Can you get a less blurry closeup of the purple part? Prop your camera on something to steady it as you shoot.
What strain is that? Is it supposed to be an autoflower line?
Don't chop it yet, since you have no females around- if that's an autoflowering pheno of a strain that isn't supposed to do that, it's worth saving as a breeder, if you're at all interested in that.

Interesting. No wonder the males show purple.
Autoflowering is when a cannabis plant flowers based on its calendar AGE rather than light cycle (=photoperiod). A photoperiod sensitive plant, ie. C. indica and C. sativa, flowers when the day length indicates the onset of autumn. An autoflowering plant, C. ruderalis, or Siberian hemp, has evolved to be able to flower under the light of long sub-Arctic summer days. C. ruderalis has no value as a drug, so it has been used in breeding programs specifically to introduce autoflowering into the species that evolved in temperate or tropical regions.

due to some unforseen circumstances i had to move the ' indoor garden' to another location also indoor. in the previous location the temperature was maintained at about 20-23degC.. now the new location has a lower temperature...17deg C.. will this affect the plants negatively or will they be fine... if an increase in temperature is needed how can i do so? anything info about the 'breeders'? thanks again.

The temperature should be comfortable for you. 17'C is a bit chilly; if you have to wear a sweater just to be comfy, it's too cold for the plants too.
Just look around for the strain and you should find info on the breeder too.
