State weird food rumours you've heard that may or may not be true
For me I've heard:
- Mcdonalds burgers were made out of worms
- KFC's had their chickens modified with 6 legs
- not fast food, put unpasturized milk would leave alot of puss, watery kind and they add chalk to it, to whiten it.
that last one put me off milk for a while.. yuck

McDonald's shakes are made from a base of pureed potatoes. Your milk shake from McD's is actually a potato shake.
Dr. Pepper is made from prunes.
I used to love Dr. Pepper, and all the asshole kids said it.
Red and processed meats cause an increased risk of cancer, especially lung cancer.
Not a rumor as much as it is fact.
Eating potassium cyanide will kill you.
crudemood- A lot of mass-produced milk does have hints of pus in it. Pus is just another term for white blood cells that gather at the site of inflammation- pasteurization kills bacteria in milk, so ther'es no risk of infection, it's just a scare word. There's blood in meat, and people don't seem fazed by that.
There was once a New York City ice cream company named Bungalow Bar, with trucks decorated with wood to made to them look a bungalow (picture below), which came to some of the boroughs of NYC during the warmer seasons. Good Humor ice cream was much more popular with children.
I have read that there was a false rumor implicating Bungalow Bar products with the spread of polio, but I do not remember hearing this in Brooklyn.
Here are several street chants that kids would sing when they saw the Bungalow Bar truck coming:

kids used to say shit like that all the time when i was in elementary school. only ones i remember are taco bell uses dog food (wtf?:wtf:) and burger king uses fake fries.
