Stressed about Drug test want to know what others think

I've smoked ever since I was introduced to the stuff back in high school. I'd hit the bowl heavy for a month then leave it for a few months. I've stressed about test in the past for jobs but now its almost essential i pass.

The end of november I quit my job of 1.5 years. I look back on it and kick myself in the ass because now that I'm on my own with bills to pay, i'm struggling. I had smoked about everyday the month of November and as soon as I quit my job I quit smoking. I'm stressing now because I got a call from a potential employer asking me for an interview on the 17th. I had bought some test strips off ebay prior to the call and knew I couldn't pass a test. I made up some bullshit excuse that I had a flight leaving out that day and wouldn't be back till the end of the week but I could still sit down and talk to him. He said that was fine and I am hoping that would buy me another week before a test would be done. I kick myself because I know if I were clean I could probably be hired on the spot with my experience. I'm not even sure if given the extra week i'd be able to pass. None of the strips have even had the faintest line. I'll keep testing until they run out. I am hoping 28 days is the max for me but who knows.

Marijuana to me is one of the safest rec drugs but it stays in your system the longest. For a while now I've thought about switching to something harder just because the detection times are so much shorter. Has anyone else felt this way? I've heard of guys pissing hot after 60 days. Thats absolutely crazy. The drugs effects have long gone and they'll be turned down for a job because of it. I love MJ and will admit to anyone that I smoke it. I don't see any harm in it but its getting to the point where I may just give it up all together. Even if you smoke one bowl it has the potential to show up for another 30 days. Now I'm grown with kids just doesn't seem worth it anymore. I've been trying for so long to start a business of my own but haven't came up with any good ideas. I hate this feeling and a lot of you know what i'm talking about. Scared as hell that you may piss hot and spend sometimes hundreds of dollars on shit to try to get a negative test result. I refuse to do that. I spent 20 bucks on 20 test from ebay and thats all i'm spending. Most of the stuff you go out and buy are gimmicks anyways. I guess the best way to pass a drug test is to just not do drugs.

Think about it people. Is it really worth your career or feeling like you do when your told you have to piss. This makes the third of fourth time i've been stressed to the max about a drug test for employment and I'm tired of it. Theirs nothing I can do about the laws but I guess their is something I can do about buying that sac of weed.

Wow, it's like having a paralellel life :) I have a similar background, I was recently with a company for over 3 years, which is the longest I have been with an organization to do date. I used to switch jobs about every year climbing the salary ladder, I did it quick too, going from less than 30k to over 90k in just 2.5 years.

Recently I had the opportunity to switch jobs to a much larger organization, they required background checks as well as drug tests. I also bought time for a week wanting to do it naturally and alleviate fears of getting a negative-dilute result, which in the case of this employer could have meant not getting the job. I didn't care about the background checks, I've never really been in any trouble. I certainly agree with your political points, but I'll just leave it at that.

I studied these boards for weeks looking at answers as far back as 2005 I think, maybe earlier to obtain as much knowledge as I could. i payed attention to a lot of the posts on here especially paying attention to the posts post count, user status, and just who seemed to be feeding me a line of shit.

To let you know how much was on the line, a new opportunity over six figures, mortgage, family, cars, etc, but I certainly understand where you are at. Given that, I spent what it took to ensure I passed, which was close to 70 in @ home kits (yeah, I realize the test strips would have been cheaper) and did two first piss of the morning's and 2 dilution runs. one dilution run right before my test (pass), and one in the first void of the morning (fail) after 14 days.

I didn't sub because I was too afraid I would mess it up, even if I practiced enough. So I went dilution, followed the thread on instructions, researched those instructions to determine their validity and passed two home tests with it. From here (and on the box) there is a 95% accuracy rate on these. The box says 99, but that could be marketing too. I don't remember if there was an asterisk next to it.

I don't do any other drugs (nor would ever recommend someone to) and don't even like drinking that much. But I, like you, love the MJ, but still respect everyone's opinion even though I disagree with the laws, but that is not relevant, it is what it is.

So the moral of the story, I took my test two weeks ago, scared as hell, followed the instructions, and now I passed. I have a wonderful new job and a wonderful new life in a lot of ways. I went with the statitics, it worked for me.

you'll pass if you do the following:

1)exersize daily (work up a sweat), up until 2-3 days before the test.

2)go to GNC and buy a 7 day cleanser or milk thistle, psyllium husk seeds and garlic pills. these will help your liver and digestive system, so it'll push out all the bad thc particles out of your system faster. Not to mention these herbs are really good for you regardless.

3)eat healthy. Eat as much fiber as you can and poop as much as you can everyday.

4)drink water. Not a lot though because it won't flush your system but will keep you hydrated and healthy

5)piss as much as you can daily.

6)ABSTAIN FROM THC (OBVIOUSLY!)

from now up until your test, practice the dilution sticky. i think 28 days is PLENTY of time to clean yourself out as long as you abstain up until the day of your test. I took a test and smoked two days prior and passed mine. I'm by no means a heavy smoker but still!

Even if you're overweight and have a slow matabolism you should still be able to pass your test if you follow the 6 steps above.

I think we all believe here that pot laws are clearly unconstitional. So it becomes a game. The man tries to pop us with a little natural substance in our piss and we figure out ways to beat him. Thats how I look at anyway. Use the tools we have available,dillution,substitution and try and get some enjoyment out of life. SYnthetic urine has worked quite well for a lot of us here and has allowed us some small satisfaction that we've beat the man at his own game.:jointsmile:

Come on people, We can change the laws if we UNITE against this corrupt system and bring it down. The 9th amendment gives us the right to smoke and do whatever we want with our bodies. Its pessemistic thinking like that we have to avoid.

I am actually trying to get help with a hair test, but since I am here, I thought I would let you all know- over the last eight years, I have taken and passed four urine tests, with the second to last test, I smoked up until less than a week before. I have always just went out and got a 90 bottle supply of Vitamin E geltabs and a 24 pack of bottled water, as much before the test as possible. I found this out when at a GNC contemplating buying a $50 drink mix to dilute my system. A man told me to do that, and I have always had no trouble. Once I cut it close, and was scared I wouldn't pass, but it still worked with no problems whatsoever. I heard (but don't know if it is true) that Vitamin E attacks THC. I am suprised I haven't seen this on forums I have been researching. Must be a best kept secret. Don't know if it is good for everyoe, but I have told many people about this and it helped all of them pass. Hope this helps and good luck to everyone trying to pass these.
