Vape?Baking Question
I posted this in the Vape Lounge without a quality response, figured i'd check in here...
Interesting question I just thought of...
Since vaping essentially activates the THC, and you must activate the weed in order to digest it with effects, could you therefore simply eat the leftovers (that is of course if you have no taste buds and can stand the disgusting overcooked-popcorn smell) and actually notice the effects? And if so, considering the amount of THC lost in the vaping process, how much more vaped weed would you need to match the strength of fresh?
Just a hypothetical here, i have no desire to eat it, just wondering if it would work in theory

Vape?Baking Question
I've heard that left-over stuff from vapes is good to cook with, but I have no idea how much you'd need or how high you'd get, I've never done it myself.

Vape?Baking Question
yes- the vaped leftovers are good to cook with. although it is hard to know what exactly the effects are and how strong it is going to be. It depends on what temperature you vaporized at, how much you have, how long you keep the herb soaking in the fat, etc. But don't underestimate the power of that brown shake. Rumor has it, up to 20% of the original THC content is left to be extracted.
Happy baking!

But if mids are 5-7% THC and the dankest is upwards of 15%
20% of that is either 1% THC left in the burntness if using mids or 3% THC if using the dankest...
So it would take a LOT of the nasty brown for very little effect.

Vape?Baking Question
Of course it would make sense that you must use several times more than you'd need with fresh herbs, however the problem is in titrating it so that you dont end up with terribly-tasting brownies (or other delicious treats haha) that do nothing, completely wasting your stash...
