Am I going to pass?

I have a drug test tomorrow (Mon. Dec. 9th).
I failed my test last Tuesday, and hadn't smoked since the Wednesday prior to the drug test. I loaded up on water and vinager the days before, and the day of the drug test, but the home test came up positive for THC. Since then I have been drinking water (no vinegar, as I have come to the conclusion that the myth is wrong), and running when I can. My friend gave me some pills, but I forgot what they were. He gace me some Red capsules, a small red circular pill, and then some pink bars. One of them is a cranberry supplement, and I think one of the others is B2, but I'm not sure. I've been drinking allot and peeing today, and I plan on keeping my water intake up until tomorrow. I'm going to take 4 asperin about 4-5 hours before the test. Will I pass, and is there anything else I can do? Also, I'm hoping to get Creatine, but i heard that takes time, and I'm not sure if I Have enough.

drinking like a mad man before the test day doesn't work , as i read here . just read the stickied post about dilution it exactly tells one how to do it step by step , and several people had succes with it stick with it to the "t"
