I just folded the papers to make the pouch were you place all the weed in. Im getting some more tomorrow, where I will pack that tulip PHAT and enjoy it tomorrow. i was wondering how it burns. Does the fire spread to all the weed without wasting any?

The tulip is my absolute FAVORITE way to roll.

Just make sure you roll it fine mate. The biggest problem people have it sealing the papers to the roach. When I was 14 I rolled one and it sideburned the whole way down :(
I learnt from my mistakes though and now I can roll em like a pro.
Yeah, make sure it's sealed to the stem good
and that you roll it fairly tight, pack it in too.
When you're putting bud in, pack it every little bit.
