Throwing up? Please help

Alright, well, I feel really bad about this. One of my close friends (Mark) and I always chill every Friday night. My other close friend (Evan) goes to a boarding school and came home for the weekend. Evan and his gf just broke up, so he asked if we could chill, and I said definitely. I took him in with Mark and we had a sesh with him. I had some trainwreck and some blueberry, packed a huge bowl about half/half and took hits from my bong. He got greens and had not taken a hit from my bong before. I let him know to be careful, because it pulls a hell of a lot of smoke than he's probably used to, and plus he hasn't smoked in nearly 2 months.

So he took a hit, and it was huge. He had a coughing fit for about 30 seconds. I was prepared and brought a bottle of water for myself, Mark, and Evan. Evan only took one hit, and he said he was good. Mark and I insisted that he take one more smaller hit, but he told us he was good. We decided that it wasn't cool to keep pushing it, so we let it go, since we didn't know how high he was, only he did.

So we go to Taco Bell, like always, and eat. I drop Mark off at home, then take Evan home. It's 11:30 at this point. Evan still lives at home, and he tells me at that point that he can't go home just yet, because he's still really stoned and his mom will know. So we go to 7-11 and get some eye-drops, and just stand around outside, get him up, since he was out of it. Then he threw up. I felt really bad because I felt it was my fault. He only had one hit and I warned him, but I still feel really bad about it.

Anyone know if getting really high after a while of not smoking can cause nausea or vomiting? Or do you think it could have been the Taco Bell? He didn't tell me if he was feeling sick, or just really high and/or tired, so I don't even know if he was nauseous. I just assumed that he was because he threw up.

I've always understood that vomiting isn't an uncommon side effect to getting REALLY blazed... low tolerance + primo weed + cough-inducing bong hit = really stoned

I got EXTREMELY blazed one night. EASILY the most fucked up ive been off of anything, and everything was spinning. Everyone kept telling me not to throw up, and i think it was all the talking about vomiting that made me finally tip. I puked up a good amount and felt like shit cause ive never even heard of someone throwing up from weed. Still kinda feel like a pussy, but i lived in Florida for a few months and i guess its something that happens to everyone...sometimes people just need to puke.

could be lots of things that caused it, from food poisoning, to eating to fast, caughing to much, having some sort of cold. you name it it could of caused it. or even montion sickness. may sound wierd, but when your really stoned, everything just kinda moves slow, and when your in a car, things move fast, but you cant take them all in, so you just get sick from that. or even getting so worried and panicy about going home stoned that thats what caused it. ive never puked like he did, but i have had such a caughing fit that i gaged and threw up. happens to the best of us sooner or later. i think the britts call this sort of thing a whitey. dont quote me on that last part haha

I went to the casino after clam baking in a car with 2 huge blunts going around and 4 people, got to the casio and the cig smoke was getting to me made a run for the door and passed out right b4 i got there, luckly my hubby grabbed my carried me to the bathroom where i puked like 3 times in front of a Security and continued to lie that i may be preganat.... (Jack in the Crack instead of Taco Hell) after that i was peachy, my mother and sister came around the corner later, saying someone had a heart attack and they had to call for help, till this day only me and the hubby know it was me, i did it 2 more times after that, usually when i am really really stones (blunts usually) and have a full stomach and no fresh air...... And people saying are you ok doesnt help....

I get light-headed from smoking every once in awhile. Typically happens when I smoke on an empty stomach. My best friend though, he used to puke EVERY time we'd smoke after eating. It's different for everybody.

too much weed, your body thinks you have been posioned so it vomits, its a natural reflex. its happened to about everyone i know at sometime.

I really think that alot of people saying they threw up while being high has to be becuase of swallowing smoke. Smoke staying in your stomach for a long period of time couldn't make you feel that good. Just burp it out if you ever think you swallowed while you inhale.

2 things could make you throw up. tobacco in blunts could make you sick, or you could gag from too much smoke. weed itself wont make you throw up, its the anti nausea drug. but smoke inhalation can.
