Hey guys, I actually didn't order from them this time a friend of mine did. She sent the cash on the 23rd of nov... and has yet to get an email saying they have received the $$.
Usually it takes about 7 days there, and about 7 days back aprox to get them...but this is past that by quite a bit... has anyone else had this take that long with them?
also the weird thing is she emailed them this past monday about it and they havn't replied yet...which is strange..
you might want to contact Mandala, verify they received your order, etc. .. I've never heard anything but good about Mandala seeds, he rocks :thumbsup:
thats weird, it usually always takes 2 weeks. one to get there and one for them to send them back to you. maybe they took an extra long thanksgiving holiday or the mail is just a little backed up. hope you get yours!
yeah well she called me today and said she got a reply from them but said they hadn't received it yet.. and yeah mandala is awesome which is why I told her to order from them.
but yeah I just wouldn't know why the mail after thanksgiving would take any longer...x-mas yea, but thanksgiving?
that sucks if it was lost, it was a nice order worth quite a bit...
People start sending their mail FOR Christmas around Thanksgiving time. People go online around this time and buy their Christmas gear so the mail IS backed up from a little before Thanksgiving and afterwards. Either way, how did your friend send their money? Just in an envelope? In another envelope, IN the envelope? If it wasn't nice and secure, I wouldn't doubt some postal worker said, YOINK....Thanks for the Christmas gift Twentys friend.
Really, it's probably delayed somehow. Hopefully they receive it soon!!!
Well she printed off the order confirmation email they send you, and then wrapped the $$ in there, then put it in one of those thick "cd mailer" type cardboard envelopes. The ones that once it's sealed, you have to pull the tab on the end to rip it open.Quote:

holy nutt sack she just called me like 10 mins ago saying she got an email saying they got it today... "phew" we were sure it was gondie.... sent Nov 23rd, received Dec 12...crazy but at least they got it, now just for the second part to go well...
