Gauged ears

So who had gauges ears? I pierced mine a few months ago and I just went from a 10 to an 8 today. I don't want to go too fast because I don't want to fuck up my ears at all. When I put in the 8 it didn't really feel any different from the 10 and doesn't really look too much thicker. I feel like it should have been at least a little painful but it wasn't.

I'm also wondering what sizes people have been able to go to and still have them shrink down. I don't want them to get so big that they'll never go away. I heard that the general rule is that a 2 is the point of no return for shrinking, but I've heard of people getting much bigger and still have them shrink.

So who has 'em. Let's see some pictures.

Mine are stretched to 2. I've had them stretched three times now and have let them shrink back twice. I had no problems.

Are "gauged ears" ear lobes that are going through the process of having the holes made progressively bigger for a stud or one of those insertable plug things?

I don't have them and it's not on the to-do list, but I like the sort that are a tube with a thick metal hoop through it. Those look pretty bad-ass.

I started gauging my ears when I was 15 years old..and got to a 00. The first stretching session I did I went from a 16 to a 6 all at once. That was pretty hardcore. Then I went from a 6 to a 0..and then a 0 to a 00 around when I was 18...

I am 22 years old now..and haven't worn plugs in over a year or so...I would say they are probably like a 4g now or something. I just wear regular earrings.

Might decide to wear plugs again here soon I think.

I'm piercing my boyfriends ears here in a few days or as soon as I can so that he can start to gauge them, I'm stoked.

Mine are 4g. Went from a 12 to a 4 at once (not recommended) and it felt like the lady was holding a lighter to my ears.

Yeah I'm gonna take it a bit slower than some of you guys haha. I just got some 6 and I'll probably put them in in about a few weeks.

yeah lets all make our ears look like huge flapping vaginas. because its original or something. i have a friend who can stick his thumb through his tongue and i constantly have to ask him why is that anything to be proud of? and this one dick who could stick his finger through his ear. i'd rather get attention for a huge panda growing out of my head then a huge freaking gaping vagina hole in some part of my body.
