Snow Day

We had one today. I live in Northeastern MA. Who else has one today?

I didn't go to work today I mean I live in FL and haven't seen snow in years but hey its a snow day!

It was snowing last night in upper elevations of Va.

Nothing better than waking up for work then going right back to sleep :jointsmile: unfortunately all the snow is gone here on long island.

yeah, we got snow yesterday, but it all melted during the night, so now the whole town is just muddy and wet as shit :P

i went to college in a pretty cold and snowy place so we didn't get many snow days. i remember freshman year my roomate and i always joked that what appeared to be an entire mexican armada was involved in the snow removal operations there. starting at 4am, they'd be outside scraping shovels on the sidewalks loudly and waking everyone up. i noticed after a while though that a good bunch of them were like 14-16 yr old local public school kids, and a lot of illegals. we felt bad and gave a few of them chocolate and coffee and shit one day, and they were totally down with that :D

but the BEST was when id wake up during a minor snowstorm at like 7am for class, get all grumpily showered and dress, and quick check my email before i walked out the apt only to find an email from my professor saying 'my cars stuck! no class today' or something similar. wooooooo i tore my clothes off so fast and lept back into bed!
