How do you identify moldy weed?

What should I be looking for, are there anny real standout characteristics? I've ben hearing storys about poeple smoking moldy bud, and getting nasty lung infections etc. and it as me scared to death. Now every time I'm about to smoke I get extremely paranoid, and it really just puts a damper on the whole experience. How can I be 100 sure my weed isn't infected, and what are some extra precautions that I can take to guarentee my self mold free grass? I hate to sound like a paranoid freak, but I just like being sure of these things. I'm sure having OCD really doesn't help either ahah. Thanks everyone!

lol, don't worry too much about it mate...
if your buds are nice and dry, then they're fine. they'll get moldy if they're in a moist, open area for too long... like if it's humid. i dont think anyone keeps their bud out in the open anyway so.. :thumbsup:

just keep them nice and sealed in a bag or jar, away from light, and you'll be fine.

If its not completely dry and put in a sealed jar it may mold. Its easy to spot.It looks like little cotton balls. Even if its moldy you can stick it in some vodka for a couple weeks and have a nice little tea.:D
