defeating tolerance?

whats up

so ive been smokin for about 7 or so years now and up until like 2 weeks ago i had no tolerance, i hit and i was high for a good bit, a bowl and i was stoned for a couple hours, but just in the last 2 weeks i have gone from that to smokin a bowl to the head and bein high for like 20 minutes (weird huh?) and its not the weed, cause my last bag was some good mids and before that i was smokin shitty mids/good commericial

i guess my question is, is there anything you can do to help lower your tolerance, like i dont know really but anything. im takin a break now i havent smoked since tuesday but i was just wonderin if anyone knew some tips on keeping your tolerance low or lowering it

Pretty much the same as any substance,abstain for a couple weeks and it'll be a better high after. The problem with weed is it stays in your system for so long you may need to dry out for a month or so.

Like killerweed said abstain for a cpl weeks... or you could switch to ingesting it orally for a little while. I remember when i first consumed weed, it was the highest I'd been in several months. In fact I love it so much, that is how I consume the majority of my cannabis now.

And if you dont want to take a break, just try to sustain being sober for a few hours before lighting up again. Even a little break can do alot :jointsmile:

I just recently put myself on a 3-day hiatus because my tolerance was too high. You just need to take a break or get some better smoke.

Yeah take a break it will increase your tolerance heaps. :)

Break for a month. With the money you saved on weed buy a pipe or bong. And then just smoke a couple of times a day, not all day long.

I like the idea of using the extra money to reward yourself, type thing. Heck, you could even use the money to buy a fatter sack and roll a fat blunt or something.
