Canada looking to pass mandatory minimums for cultivation!

Thats right folks Canadian minority government large C conservatives are introducing legislation for mandatory minimums for cultivation. One plant automatic six months and up to a maximum of fourteen years for larger producers. Of course they are trying to wrap it with a law dealing with meth production so the public will understand just how dangerous these pot people are. Three years ago we were inches away from decriminalization now this crap. Hopefully some of our elected officials will show some grapes and vote this nonsense away quickly. If they don't they have set any progress of the legalization movement back ten years.
It will be a very sad day in Canada if this legislation passes.

One plant = six months jail never happen first of all we dont have the jail cells for the tens of thousands of people who grow weed be it one plant or a thousand plants and what do u do with all those kids whose mommies ans daddies have gone to jail?Second of all the NDP and liberals will water this piece of legislation down just like they did to the last crime bill the Conservatives introduced.I read in the newspaper just last week that they will have a mandatory sentance of 2 years for growing over 500 plants.That i can see happening but for small grow ops of under 100 plants itll be the same old slap on the wrist and a huge fine.But going to jail for a few plants come on this is Canada here not a police state called the United States of America
