at least 50W per sq. ft., the more the better
is that of any light spectrum? for instance if i have a 400W HPS lamp with 5-10 50W CFL's in a grow room 4ft. wide by 4ft. long by 6ft. tall would something like that work out ok?:rastasmoke:Quote:
