Where Are The Experienced Ones?????
I am wondering about something regarding 50/mg and/or 20/mg levels. It's been 17 since I last smoked. I tested today without diluting (not first morning cuz I KNOW I am still dirty) just to confirm my thoughts and hope to at least start seeing a faint line of being close to clean. (Good thing EBAY sells the test cheap for my curious mind). I have practiced diluting with good results...as long as I don't test within a day of exercising.
I can't help but wonder.....if....on day of real test (which is 3 days away).....I manage to dilute and fool the bladder cop for the 50/mg level, is it possible that my levels could even be lower then the 20/mg level?
Here are my stats: (Can you tell I've been doing my homework??? LOL ) :D
History being a long term daily user (a few hits each evening) for many years. I weigh 117 lbs with problems of gaining (with exception of a small pooch). I've been exercising for the past few weeks and eating low fat/high fiber diet for that long as well. Today will be my last day of exercising and tomorrow will be the start of eating high fat/low fiber.
How many of you...if any...think there is a chance of doing the diluting and getting my levels below 20/mg???

Did you or didn't you use the first void of the day? What was the result?

What is your height? When you switch to the high fat diet, stay with high fiber too.

To answer your questions......
First....I did not use first morning void YET. When I did do the test strip the T line was very faint...almost ghost like. (Which I know means I getting close to being natually 100% clean...right?)
Secondly....I am 5' 2".
BTW....In the original post I only mentioned that the last I smoked was 17.....I meant 17 DAYS AGO.
As far as staying with the high fiber....I guess I failed that part of the test. I thought I read somewhere to change to low fiber when you switch to high fat the last couple of days before test. Would you elaborate for me please?
