You'll want to watch for the the trichomes to darken-up, not the 'hairs'.
If it's been 4 weeks, you probably have 2-4 weeks to go.
Hey. Trichomes dictate peak harvest time, not hairs. You'll need really good vision or something that'll let you see closeup. Check the FAQs, theres a great example. Here's a closeup of trichs - little white ball thingies.
Depends on the strain too. I got a sativa dom that's at 9+ weeks and still no amber trichs. I've heard of sativas taking even longer than 13 wks to finish.
youve got at least 3-5 weeks to go. dont get impatient, or itll be sucky bud
Holy shit thats a damn detailed picture....someone has a nice camera!
9 weeks....harvested my indica dom last night, the sativa monster will prob be another few weeks at least. no amber yet to speak of.
At the very least, I'd wait till ALL the trichs (not the hairs, which are pistols) turn cloudy. I do believe the longer you wait, the more couch-lock the effects of the smoke. (I like having to phone the pizza place because I can't get up to cook, lol)Quote:

oops...sorry about that. Somehow I must have changed my options to newest post first...messed me all up. Was thinking this all looked sooo familiar, lol.
Good glass is where it's at. I'm almost at 7 weeks, and waiting for these suckas to turn. Forgot to blow off the lens so the pic's a little spotty lol.Quote:
