Prince Cd's.. oh shit.. :(
A small wreath I made using a thin willow branch, silver bells, and peacock feathers. I know it sounds weird, but it matches this pretty velvet patchwork tree skirt my grandmother made me.
Nothing this year. Used to be an angel, but we'll be going to the kids house for Christmas this year.
You don't know how excited I am at not having to decorate this year. ROFLMAO...
:yippee::yippee::yippee::yippee:
Nothing also...no christmas tree here
For a long time during the years we had a smaller tree, it was a white-feathered angel that someone gave us when our baby was born. Then the angel got roughed up by a house-cat and we used a Mexican aluminum star from my mom. This year we'll have the big Christmas-tree (evergreen) shaped tree in our foyer, and if we want anything at its tip, we'll either have to have it put on and hope for the best before the tree is erected, or we'll have to do without because we need scaffolding or a cherry-picker to get to the top of that tree. In our family room where we have the presents, we just decorate our biggest ficus tree with lights and ornaments because the smaller evergreen tree in there is too much of a temptation for cats to climb up under. Holiday decorations in this house tend to be at the discretion of my animals!
Your little wreath topper sounds beautiful, Greenlady. This has given me an inspiration to make a new holiday wreath and work peacock feathers into the design!
It does sound like a great original topper Greenlady
No christmas tree here either, I'm going home for Christmas. And what if Chritmas trees had a soul? Poor trees proably scream durning Christmas time! If a tree screams in a forest does it make a sound? lol
on our main tree we have an angel, but on my own personal tree which is a 2ft high fibre optic i decorate with rolled joints and blunts and a few small baggies for friends,on the top i have a star made from kingsize rizla packs.
Thanks Bird and SD. Peacock feathers are currently one of my favorite crafting items. You can use them in just about anything. In fact I just finished making a centerpiece for my table using peacock feathers, dried pussywillow, and mistletoe.
