nephew in trouble.

my nephew sebastian has gotten in a lot of trouble with some jocks at his school. We both use to smoke together even thought he is a lot younger than me. anyways he told me how he was high one day and accidently said some shit about this girl. He was high and didnt realize that he was saying what was on his mind.

anyways he wants me to help him out because he is gonna get the shit kicked out of him. im not sure what to do because ive never been an idiot and been in a situation like that.
what should he do?

Tell him to man up. If he gets heat for what he said, have him deal with it.. unless you wanna go down with him. After he gets his ass kicked, then you can smoke a doobie about it and relax. Conversly, maybe they'll be understanding if they know he was just baked and didn't know what he was sayin?

beating the jocks ass would probably just drive the jock to seek revenge... so your nephew would get his ass beat for whatever he did originally, and then again for getting you involved....

without details i can't really tell you what you should do.... some situations would call for apologizing to the girl, while others, say calling her racial names, you're pretty much screwed, cuz you no longer just insulted her, you insulted a whoooooooooole slue of people.... and saying sorry just isn't gonna cut it...

Tell your nephew to bow down.....If the guy comes to put the hurt on and your nephew knows he's gonna get his ass handed to him,he needs to apologize and right his wrong....unless he can handle the jock.
If I was your nephew I would tell the guy I dont wanna fight or anything and apologize and just walk away,if the guy throws a punch,then I would start throwing back,But either way win or lose he's doing it on his own and thats alot better than having his uncle come to the school and fight for him........Thats more embarassing then getting your ass kicked or apologizing and backing down.
From the jocks point of view....would you beat on someone who doesnt wanna fight and is apologizing for what was said?

If I was your nephew I'd man up and either ya try to apologize and settle it without getting teachers/principals/cops involved, or I would just fight him anyways, even if the odds were in the other guys favor, I'd just bring a couple of my friends incase that faggot tried to jump you with his friends or something.

uh.. yeah i'm pretty sure he would still fight him.... personally i wouldn't, but there are few who steer as far away from violence as me...
