How to get weed?

Can anyone tell me how to find a good dealer in Huntington West Virginia?
How do I make sure hes not a cop or someone who will just take my money?
Just moved here from Europe and dont know anyone.

I would say older guys would be the best bet,just make sure they are not
addicted to crack or they will steal your money. Probably more crack heads
than pot heads out there. Load both your guns before you go lookin.
