Scientists in the US and Japan have now found a way to make skin cells act like stem cells, this would allow research and use of stem cells not require contraversal cloning and use of fetuses and embryos.
I saw this today on CNN and although it doesn't mean anything immediately it has opened many doors for research into cures for many life threatening/ending problems like diabetes.
