Quick Question - Advice Please? (doctor, GP advice)

If my doctor/GP tests my urine or blood for any medical problems. Will there be any chance he picks up weed or solid in my system?

Not in the US. Don't know about the UK. Here they tell you what they are testing for.

I mean say.. for instance, im not eating lately and have nausia. Say he was to urine or blood test me to check major organs working etc - would cannabis show up?

Not unless it is being specifically tested for.

And even so there is nothing that he can do about it. Doctor-patient confidentiality prevents him from calling the police or telling anyone about it.

You should always be telling your physician everything you are doing to your body, illegal drugs included. You are affecting the chemical makeup of your body, and that is something they need to know if they are to properly diagnose any problems you have, and attempt to fix them.
